The Space

You are walking distance to Main street Santa Monica as well as Abbot Kinney- the “hippest street in LA”. In addition, Metro bike share is close by as are bus stations. You hardly need a car.

Guest Access

You get the one car garage and the front Patio/Garden as well as your entire unit.

Other things to note

This is an upstairs unit, so we will limit this unit to groups who can adhere to quiet hours of 10pm to 9am daily (even weekends). We also require that guests in this unit remove their shoes as noise transfers very easily to the lower unit. Guests from the lower unit are allowed to walk thru the side of your garden so they can access the beach gate. They have their own outdoor space, however.
