This is a walk street in Venice and is almost as close as you can get to the beach without actually being on the boardwalk, (FYI, being right on the boardwalk is not a great location due to noise and crowds). This property has the perfect combination; it’s close to the sand, but also has peace & quiet. Another advantage of this property is it’s proximity to Santa Monica; which is a few streets away. You are also very close to Abbot Kinney, (walking or biking distance) labeled by LA Magazine as “LA’s Hippest street”. I have many great restaurant suggestions for Abbot Kinney and it’s where you will find unique to Venice boutiques, shops and galleries, no large chain stores here! This lucky property has it’s own private designated parking, which is quite rare. Also has a washer and dryer inside the unit. You have a private, fenced, patio that has lovely outdoor furniture, it’s perfect for those lovely SoCal evenings.
